The Kentik Cares Giving Program was originally launched in 2017 as a small, seasonal holiday initiative. Over the years, it has evolved alongside us, growing into a year-round commitment to philanthropy. As a remote-first company, this program serves as a vital bridge, connecting our team members through shared values and empowering them to support the causes that matter most to their local communities.
Collective giving at Kentik
Our program is simple: Kentik encourages employees to donate to 501(c)(3) nonprofits of their choice throughout the year. Kentik then matches up to $200 of each employee donation. To keep our progress transparent and our team motivated, we utilize the Kentik Cares Impact Dashboard, a real-time tool that tracks our combined contributions across our global workforce.
In 2025, we set an ambitious goal to reach $20,000 in total giving. We are thrilled to share that our team surpassed it! By year’s end, Kentikians contributed a combined $25,956.47 to organizations doing vital work around the world.
